By completing your reservation with Reliable Tote Rentals, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Your rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date shown in your reservation. Rental extensions must be requested before your scheduled pickup date, are subject to availability, and may result in additional charges.
All totes, dollies, and other equipment provided by Reliable Tote Rentals remain the property of Reliable Tote Rentals.
You are responsible for the rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Reliable Tote Rentals. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and returned in reasonably clean, reusable condition.
Normal wear from moving and storage is expected. Excessive damage, misuse, permanent markings, paint, stickers, adhesive residue, cutting, drilling, or other alterations are not considered normal wear.
You are responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, missing, destroyed, or damaged beyond normal wear while in your possession.

Applicable replacement or damage charges may be charged after your rental is completed.
All equipment must be empty and ready for collection on your scheduled pickup date. Totes should be nested or stacked together and placed in an accessible location for pickup.
If the equipment is not ready or cannot be accessed at the scheduled pickup, additional rental or pickup charges may apply.
Equipment that is not available for pickup on the scheduled date may be considered an extended rental. Additional rental charges may apply until all equipment has been returned or successfully collected.
Rental equipment may not be used to store or transport hazardous, illegal, corrosive, or dangerous materials. Equipment may not be intentionally overloaded, abused, sold, loaned, transferred, abandoned, or disposed of.
Reliable Tote Rentals is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property packed, stored, or transported in our totes. Customers are responsible for properly packing, protecting, securing, and handling their belongings.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information and reasonable, safe access to the property.
Reliable Tote Rentals is not responsible for delays or inability to complete a delivery or pickup caused by unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, incorrect information, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
By placing your order, you authorize payment of the amount shown at checkout and agree to pay any applicable additional charges resulting from rental extensions, failed pickups, missing equipment, or damage beyond normal wear.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable Tote Rentals is not responsible for injury, property damage, loss, or other claims resulting from misuse of rental equipment, improper packing or loading, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Reliable Tote Rentals.
Nothing in this agreement limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
By checking the agreement box and submitting your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Rental Agreement.
